Norman Manasa is Founder and Director of The National Education Project, Inc., a non-profit, non-partisan, 501(c)(3) tax-exempt corporation, headquartered in Washington, D.C.
In the late 1970's, Mr. Manasa had the honor to work at the Supreme Court of the United States as personal aide to Chief Justice Warren E. Burger, where he had a wide range of duties which do not readily lend themselves to description, except to state that they did not include legal work. (Please see letter of recommendation.)
Mr. Manasa has testified on five occasions before various committees of the United States Congress, and also before the Commission on the Bicentennial of the United States Constitution, which was chaired by Chief Justice Burger.
Mr. Manasa has spoken before a wide range of audiences about the work of The National Education Project, Inc., which has been featured in national publications, including Parade Magazine, The New York Times, The Miami Herald, the Los Angeles Times, The Washington Times, and The Washington Post.
Mr. Manasa, who has appeared on The Larry King Show and on The Diane Rehm Show, welcomes the opportunity to discuss the National Education Project's national initiative to provide tutors to elementary school children, as well as the Project's efforts to create a renewed and vibrant awareness of The Constitution of the United States and the Bill of Rights in the lives of millions of Americans all across the country.
